what a great tenant I have been
I mowed the lawn once a week
painted the house nice and sleek
oiled the doors to prevent the squeaks
fixed the floor to stop the creaks
friendly with neighbors when we'd speak
shoveled snow all the way to the street
and preserved the bodies so they wouldn't reek
what a great tenant I have been
