every time I've seen a spiral in nature
it is making a grab
like a tough ivy on a tree trunk
clinging on tightly
pinching it like a crab
the other life is also clinging on
even as bugs dance over it
but what roots the rooted
and is it roots down forever
or do the spirals just spiral around each other
making their own center
I ask myself, should I make my own center too
