dumb as people
even rocks know the Way
stony mouths with cave voices
trembling sheets rattle
wound granite with parts perilous
a wink in the eyes of volcanoes
fall into the deep crack of yourself
know gold and sand are both improbable
screaming crystals weeping at the margins
