This idea of this experimental poem is to use the idea of rotating the text. The rotation could be done for the whole poem, for individual lines, or even individual words.

when your worries
and bills
secret fears
tip your life over
in a tangled wreck
laugh and move on

The angle of the rotation could also be randomized.
