Every once in a while I search for "stockphotofan1" to see where my some of my stock photos are being used. I came across this and this article on Jdogjunkremoval.com titled "14 Winter Survival Tips from the Coldest Parts of the Country".

In the article they say "When your hands get cold, you lose the dexterity in your fingers." Absolutely. That is the main reason I buy a box of them in preparation for winter and always keep some in our jackets, cars, and home. I was doing some work outside in the snow one day, and after my fingers became cold I could literally do nothing until they were warmer.
